We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build user profiles.

• Email Address — When you subscribe to our daily devotional newsletter or register for updates.
• Name & Email (Prayer Requests) — When you submit a prayer request. Your name is optional; email is requested for pastoral follow-up only.
• Name, Email & Message (Contact Form) — When you use our Contact page to reach the ministry team.
• Administrator Content — If you are an administrator using The Steward (admin portal), we store content you create (sermons, verses, events) in our secure cloud database.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Newsletter email — To deliver daily devotional messages you signed up for. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Prayer request email & name — Shared confidentially with our ministerial prayer team only. We will never publish your prayer request publicly without your explicit consent.
• Contact form submissions — Reviewed by our ministry team to respond to your inquiry. We retain these for a reasonable period to support our response.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — We use Firebase Hosting to serve this website and Firebase Firestore as our content database. Google's Privacy Policy →

• YouTube (Google) — Sermon videos on our site are embedded from YouTube. YouTube may set cookies or collect data when you interact with video embeds. Google's Privacy Policy →
• Google Fonts — Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of the font delivery request.

5. Data Storage & Browser Storage

Our site uses your browser's localStorage (built-in browser storage) to remember content preferences — for example, seasonal display settings or the last daily verse you viewed. This data stays entirely on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Content administrators also use localStorage as a local cache for the CMS. All published content is securely synchronized to our Firebase cloud database.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party tracking pixels on our website.

Your browser may receive cookies related to YouTube video embeds (from Google) when you play a sermon video. These are controlled by YouTube/Google, not by us. You can manage or clear these cookies through your browser settings.

• Request deletion of your personal data from our records.
